PURPOSE OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY GUIDELINES

Grafinet The purpose of Oy's occupational safety guidelines is to improve the working environment and working conditions in order to safeguard and maintain employees' ability to work, and to prevent and combat accidents at work, occupational diseases and other physical and mental health disadvantages of employees.

Principles of occupational safety

  1. I think for a moment before I start work. I recognize the dangers, ensure a safe work environment and way of working and share them with others.

  2. I will address the situation immediately if I notice a potential danger.

  3. I am responsible for ensuring that I always have adequate training and familiarization as well as the right tools and instructions for safe work.

  4. I wear the necessary personal protective machines on construction sites, including a chin-strap helmet, safety shoes, goggles, and reflective warning clothing.

  5. Against the fact that I know the customers' requirements and have completed all the customers at each outlet and general training and orientation, and I have all the necessary valid work permits, safety cards, and regarding certification.

  6. Cleanliness and order are also issues of occupational safety. I will make sure that the packaging waste and other waste is sorted as to any points.

  7. I always wear a seat belt in the vehicle. I never exceed speed limits or use a cell phone without a hands-free device while driving. I never drive or work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

  1. Save those in danger

  2. Warn others

  3. Switch off with the nearest fire extinguisher

  4. Call 112 for help or the fire button

  5. Prevent further accidents

  6. Stop machines and machines in the danger area

  7. Limit by closing doors and windows on exit and possibly air conditioning

  8. Guide to help those coming from the front door of the building

  9. Work calmly
    - In case of personal injury, give first aid
    - Do not endanger your own health or the health of others
    - Use marked escape routes or emergency exits and go to the assembly point
    - Inform your supervisor or installation supervisor

MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

We measure the level of occupational safety with the following indicators:

  1. Sick days (number of accidents leading to absence)
  2. Close-up situations

We thoroughly analyze all sick leave and near-miss situations and address problems consistently by making corrections promptly.

Grafinet Oy maintains the documents and information required by the Customer Liability Act in the Reliable Partners service. In addition, we have developed occupational health guidelines for our personnel.
