Grafcut UV53F automatic flat uv coating machine
UV coating is a process whereby a polymer resin changes from a liquid to a solid with the help of an ultraviolet light source. UV coating can be a direct replacement for lamination and provides a protective covering that adds value to any document, increasing the vibrancy and richness of its colours (as well as protection from scratching and fingerprints).
The UV53F is an upgraded hand fed model UV53 into line with high pile feeder. It offers competitive cost of investment for automatic machine and the cost of consumables in the long term is remarkably lower than lamination.

- Perfect solution for full coating of offset and digital stocks (tested on Canon, HP Indigo, Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Xerox)
- Gloss or matt coating available
- Adjustable speed of rollers and thickness of varnish
- 1 x UV lamp curing UV and 3 x IR lamps (for pre-heating also wax based toners)
- High quality rubber roller for varnish application; metal roller for varnish thickness adjustment
- Japan made varnish pump
- Scraping blade allowing to do double side coatings in two passes
- Integrated fan blower to connect with indoor filter or outdoor trough pipe
