Grafcut GC550 is a semi-automatic device for pressing books and burning grooves (joints) with heated element at the same time. 2in 1 solution saves space.

The operator’s work is inserting the book/photo album into the device with the spine side down, then pressing the start button, then the cycle is performed automatically.
The machine presses and simultaneously burns with heated elements a groove on both sides of the book block.
The finished product is moved back up where the operator can pick it up
An important advantage of the device is quite high pressure force, which gives very good results when working with thick blocks and large formats – the device has a pneumatic and hydraulic drive.
