We perform the safety inspections required by the standard SFS-EN 1010-3 (Safety requirements for paper and paper finishing machines) for all cutting marks, including: Perfecta, Polar, Wohlenberg, Grafcut, EBA / Ideal, Schneider, Horizon, etc.
In our safety inspection of the mower, in addition to the safety inspection of the mower in accordance with the regulation, we check the actual condition of the mower. You will receive a comprehensive inspection report and useful advice from our installers on future repair needs and preventative maintenance.
Annual mower maintenance
You save time and money by ordering annual maintenance for your mower at the same time as the safety inspection. Annual maintenance includes hydraulic oil change, transmission oil change as well as cleaning, lubrication and greasing.

We offer a safety inspection of a 76-225 cm flywheel cutter at a price of 215 euros (normally 260 euros). Hydraulic cutters 52-80 cm at a special price of 195 euros and electromechanical cutters 165 euros. Multiple mowers inspected at once according to a separate offer. Travel costs are added to the price. In connection with the safety inspection, it is also possible to carry out annual maintenance on your mower, which includes greasing and cleaning, hydraulic and gear oil changes, inspection / replacement of cutting carbons, etc.
