ROWE ecoPrint - scheduled maintenance
Periodic maintenance of the ROWE ecoPrint printer should be performed approximately every one year or approximately 10.000 kilometers
Periodic maintenance always includes:
- Charging Corona thread replacement
- Charging Corona Grid cleaning
- Replacement of T and S-Corona wires
- Cleaning Felt replacement
- Ozone Filters vacuuming
- Checking for wearing parts
- General machine cleaning and vacuuming
- Checking and adjusting the roller pressure
- Checking and adjusting voltages
- Checking and adjusting the temperature
- Component test - Mix Toner / Increase Toner concentration
- Software update to the latest version
- Test printouts and machine operation testing
- Resetting the service counter
In addition, depending on the number of trips, the necessary parts are replaced according to the maintenance schedule.
