ROWE ecoPrint - full maintenance agreement
A full maintenance contract keeps your production machines productive and helps you anticipate costs and price your service profitably for years to come
The full maintenance contract includes periodic maintenance, repairs and all consumables (including paint) and spare parts needed for the device, including delivery costs, as well as maintenance work and travel. The contract may include a ROWE ecoPrint printer and its accessories (scanner and folding machine).
In addition, remote support is available on weekdays Mon-Fri from 8 am to 16 pm, so several issues can be resolved immediately remotely, thus avoiding production interruptions.
The price consists of a basic monthly fee and a copy fee.
