The ROWE VarioFold Océ KIT is a fully equipped, 100% German-made, high-quality, quiet and fast large-format folding machine that automatically folds sheets directly from the Océ large-format printer accurately and quickly into a neat package as a DIN fold or package fold. For example, you can cost-effectively fold A0-size technical drawings and maps, or even 4000 mm long sheets to a minimum size of 90 x 180 mm.
A conveyor (Online Bridge) is installed between the Océ large format printer and the ROWE VarioFold, which automatically transfers the sheets from the printer to the folding unit. You can still use the folding machine as a stand-alone device, so it also serves the folding needs of other printers in your company. The system is also affordable - you get an online folding system for the price of a standard offline folding machine.
The unique patented modular design of the ROWE VarioFold Océ KIT allows you to easily upgrade your hardware configuration and software as your needs grow, for example with KIT 30 software, allowing you to fold sheets up to 30 m long.

"If there are changes in the paper mill's processes, we will print and fold the drawings for the mill's installers or subcontractors," says Ari Väisänen, mechanical designer at UPM Kymmene Tervasaari mill. “Often our technical drawings are in A4-A0 format, but for example, the process diagrams of a paper machine can be up to 16 meters long,” Väisänen continues.
