When we regularly service the machines of your printing house, you have the opportunity to apply GRAFINET Care customer. The maintenance contract guarantees that in the event of a fault, we will serve efficiently and reliably at a low contract price. Service response time is always faster for contract customers than for non-contract customers.

Our services are always based on the needs of your printing house. We make sure you can focus on productive work and in the event of a fault, repair will be promptly. The most important thing for us is to understand the individual service and maintenance needs of your machines so that we can offer you the most suitable service solution.

We make a customized maintenance plan for your machines that allows your machines to receive the maintenance and repair work it needs in a timely manner. In this way, we ensure the reliability and long service life of the machines and minimize the costs of unnecessary downtime. With a proactive maintenance method, we often identify and correct any machines failures that occur before they occur.

The contract is valid until further notice. The Customer also has the right to use maintenance services other than those provided by the Service Provider. The parties have the option of terminating the contract at any time.
